Green Chilies and Eggs

4-4 oz cans Green Chilies2 cups monterey Jack cheese, grated (or whatever you like)1 pint sour cream1 dozen large eggs
drain the green chilies well You will need 3-4 oz cans
Grease a 13X9X2" pan, layer the chilies and cheese. Beat the eggs with the sour cream, beat well, pour over the chilies and cheese. (You may want to reserve some of the cheese for the top after it has cooked.) Bake 40 minutes in a 350 oven.
It will puff and turn a golden brown color. Serves 8-10
