Ingredients
1 ½ sticks Soy based margarine, room temperature (Fleishman’s unsalted margarine is our usual choice)1 pound confectioners’ sugar (approximately 3 ¾ cups)1 tablespoon Vanilla4 –6Tablespoons Soy milk
Directions
Place sugar, margarine, and extract into mixing bowl. Cream together with a wisk attachment if available until smooth and light. Add soymilk a little at a time until a smooth consistency is attained. Use as any icing.

Serving Size: frosts 24 cupcakes or a 9X13 cake generously
