Carne encebollada

Ingredients
Sea salt to tasteCanola oil or cooking sprayFlank Steak, 5 oz Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
Directions
Slice jalapeño in to thin strips - if you don't like spice, remove the seeds, keep them in if you love it!
Cut onion slice in to thin strips, as well.
Heat frying pan with oil/spray and salt, when hot, add flank steak (the quicker you cook it, the more tender it will be, so make sure your pan is hot).

When meat is almost done, add chile and onion strips.

Serve with Salsa roja and salad - !Buen provecho!
