Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (remove)*Besan, .25 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 1tsp (remove)Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan. When hot add cumin, hot peppers, turmeric and then cabbage. Stir and add salt. Cover and cook until cabbage is soft. Sprinkle besan mix well and cover and cook again for two minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve
