Ingredients
instant mashed potatoes 1/4 C dry, 16 servingsswanson low sodium 100% fat free chicken broth, 4 cansWater, tap, 2 cupsCabbage, fresh, 1 head, large, slicedKroger 2% sharp cheese, .75 cup *John Morell Mini Cubed Ham 96% FF, 4 oz1 fennel bulb, sliced
Directions
In a large pan combine water and broth. Bring to a boil. Add cabbage, cook till tender. Meanwhile, in a small pan saute the sliced fennel till tender. Add to cabbage. Add potatoes and stir with a fork till well mixed. Add cheese and ham, stir with large spoon.
