Orange Pork Chops

6 pork chops, any style, 1/2 in. thick2 medium onions, sliced1 tsp. salt1/4 cup brown sugar, packed3 tbsp. lemon juiceOrange slices for garnish
Brown pork chops on both sides over medium-high heat. Remove chops and keep warm.
In same skillet, over medium heat, add orange juice, brown sugar, salt and lemon juice. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
Place chops back in pan with juice and put sliced onions on top. Cover and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
Serve over brown rice. Garnish with slices of orange.
