Low Fat Macaroni Salad (Low Fat Cooking)

Ingredients
2 cups dry macaroni or ditaloni1 cup sliced celery1 cup chopped red pepper1/2 cup cucumber, sliced and quartered1/2 cup chopped red onion1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise1/3 cup Fat-Free Greek yogurt (low fat plain will work, too but are not included in the nutritional calculation)1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with colde water to cool. In a lrge bowl, combine cooled macaroni, chopped celry, pepper, cucumber, and onion. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, and mustard. Add to pasta salad and toss well to coat. Chill at least two hours.
