Easy chicken and dumplings for 2

Ingredients
9-10 ounces of boneless skinless thighs1 qt. Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth1/4 onion sliced2 Pilsbury reduced Fat Grands Biscuits
Directions
Put chicken on grill
Put Broth in saucepan and bring to a boil
Cut biscuits into 8 pieces each
Slice onions
Put onions and biscuit pieces in boiling broth
Turn temp to med
Remove chicken from grill and cut into chunks
Make sure all piscuit pieces are floating and cooked through
Place chicken in two bowls, cover with broth and 8 biscuit pieces for each bowl.
