Banana nut muffins

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 1/2 cup, mashed Shortening, 2/3 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 4 large *Flour, white, 3 1/2 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Walnuts, 3/4 cup shelled
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Spoon into muffin cups or loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes for muffins and 45-50 minutes for loaves.
