My Low Fat HG Broccoli Soup

  • Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients
1 bunch of broccoli2 oz fat free cream cheese1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 cup of 2% milk4 cups fat free veggie broth2 cups fat free chicken broth1/4 cup swiss cheese (optional)
Directions
Cut up broccoli
Boil half in veggie broth
Roast half in oven for 25 minutes at 450 Degrees
Add the roasted broccoli to the soup broth
Add chicken broth
Take broccoli out and blend into blender with milk
Add to soup pot
Add the remaining ingredients.
Add spice to taste.
