Ingredients
5 lb potatos2 large green peppers2 large oninons1 16 oz pk mushrooms(for speed, use precut veggies and chopped, frozen potatos)PaprikaMrs. Dashsalt/pepper to tasteHot sauce to tasteOnion powder2 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
If using precooked potatos, dice the pepper, onion and slice the mushrooms, put in pan with 2 tablespoons of canola oil. Add Mrs. Dash, Paprika and Onion powder and mix all very well. Continue to cook until the veggies are done to your liking.

If you are using fresh veggies, you will need to dice the potatos, then pre cook them in the microwave on a plate under wax paper for about 10 minutes on highfor every 4 potatos.

Adding hot sauce while cooking will reduce the heat factor of the sauce...if you like it hot, add hot sauce to your dish just before serving!
