Vegan Cream Cheese Icing

-1/4 cup Yoso spreadables plain (soy cream cheese)-2 tbs Earth Balance buttery spread-1 tsp vanilla extract-1 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
Directions
-Beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and icing sugar until smooth
*Make sure cupcakes are cooled before icing, and be sure to store in the fridge
