SCD Gluten Free Salmon Cakes

1 can salmon (6 oz)2 TB coconut flour1 large egg1 egg white1 tsp dried cilantro1/2 tsp minced onionsalt and pepper to taste1 tsp coconut oil
Mix all ingredients except for coconut oil in a bowl. Grab a small handful of fix mixture and form into a 3" patty (about the size of your palm). Heat a skillet over medium heat. When heated, add 1 tsp coconut oil and spread around pan. Cook salmon cakes for several minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook on other side for several minutes. Serve.
