Cottage Cheese and Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup cottage cheese1/2 cup dry oatmeal3 extra large eggs
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Pour into the skillet in small, silver dollar sized shapes. When the tops of the pancakes start to form holes, flip them over for about 45 seconds. Check them frequently, as they cook fast! Enjoy!
