Ingredients
2 cups Kale1/2 acorn squash cubed 1 can Corn1 can Chickpeas1/2 red onion3 trader joe's Chicken Sausage (Sun dried tomato basil)1 Bell PepperSaltPepperTrader Joe's Daily SeasoningVegetable bullion cube
Directions
Cook kale with several cups of water for 10 minutes.
Add corn, chickpeas with water, bell pepper, Cubed squash, seasoning

Chop sausage and saute in pan with onion

Add to pot and cook for 30 minutes.
