Mushroom Gravy - Vegan

Ingredients
2 cups low sodium, organic vegetable broth1-2 cups mushrooms, diced2 cloves garlic, chopped1/2 onion, diced1/4 cup flour
Directions
In a large skillet add all mushrooms, onions, garlic and flour. Stir well to coat with flour. Add vegetable broth and stir well until flour is combined and lumps disappear. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes until desired thickness is achieved.
