Chicken Tikka Masala

1 cup fat free greek yogurt1 Tbsp lemon juice2 tsp cumin1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp cayenne pepper2 tsp black pepper1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp salt, or to taste1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces1 Tbsp country crock + calcium1 Tbsp minced garlic1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped2 tsp cumin2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp salt, or to taste1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce1 cup fat free half and half
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger, and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat foreman grill and spray with cooking spray. Thread chicken onto skewers, and discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear, about 5 minutes on each side.
Melt margarine in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and jalapeno for 1 minute. Season with 2 teaspoons cumin, paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. Add grilled chicken, and simmer for 10 minutes.
