White turkey chili

1 tbsp margarine or butter1 1/2 cups chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup bell pepper1 tbsp minced jalapeno pepper1 garlic clove, minced3 cups chopped cooked turkey2 (19 oz) cans cannellini beans or other white beans, drained and divided2 (16 oz) cans fat-free chicken broth1 (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn1 1/2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Melt margarine in a large dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and next 4 ingredients ( onion through garlic), and saute 5 minutes. Add turkey, 1 1/2 cups beans, broth, and next 6 ingredients ( broth through black pepper), and bring to a boil. Cover, and simmer 15 minutes
Mash remaining beans. Add mashed beans to the turkey mixture. Simmer uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in chopped cilantro.
