Artichoke and white bean soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Artichokes, canned, 1 can drained Carrots, raw, 2 medium, peeled and thinly sliced Onions, raw, .5 cup, minced*Canola Oil, 1 tbspVegetable Broth, 2 cupGarlic, 3 clovesBeans, white, 1 can rinsed
Directions
Place artichokes and beans in food processor and puree. set aside.
Heat canola oil in large pan. Add carrots, garlic, and onion. Saute for 5 minutes.
Add vegetable broth and pureed mixture and heat to simmer.
