Papaya/Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups papaya cubes1 cup raspberries-fresh or frozen1 small banana-6 inch3 tbls ground flax seeds2 tbps ground chia seeds1/2 plain yogurt- 0 fat, 0 sugar1.5 cups soy milk (Kirkland Organic brand-vanilla flavor)
Directions
Very Easy- Put all the ingredients in your blend. Blend at high until smooth. You may have to add a little bit more soy milk if is took thick.
