Ingredients
1 tbsp Canola Oil0.5 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce1 dash Black Pepper100 grams Chinese Chives (raw)2 Extra Large Eggs
Directions
Clean and dice Chinese Chives. Break two eggs in a bowl, add black pepper, soy sauce and beat it up.
Heat up the skillet with oil. Sauteed Chinese Chives. Add in eggs. To prevent it from burning, flip it over a couple of times.
