One Egg Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 ripe large bananas1 egg1 stick butter or margarine melted1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour1 cup sugar1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking sodanuts optionalMix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Put into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Or until a knife inserted comes out clean.NOTE: to reduce calories replace sugar with 1/2 cup of Splenda for Baking. 1 1/2 cup flour can be replaced with 3/4 cup white flour and 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour.
Directions
Makes one loaf. Slices vary according to your taste.
