Ingredients
Dried red beans, smoked sausage, ham and spices make a delicious crockpot meal
Directions
soak dried beans overnight and put in crock pot with all ingredients except the rice. cover with water and cook 4 hours on high or 8 hour on low. Just before serving mash some of the beans for thicken the mash then add the cooked rice and it is ready to serve.

    I would fix it but it won't let me. Bag of dried beans, one lb. smoked sausage (i like hillshire farms kielbasa) 1 C Chopped cooked ham. 4 C Water 2 cups uncooked rice, spices to taste but roughly 1t of each
