Chicken, beans, avacados etc.
boil chicken then shred the chicken. After it's shredded put in pan with tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cayenne pepper, cayenne pepper, chicken broth, and hot pepper of your choice, simmer until starts to thicken.
seperately make corn salsa with can of black beans, can of corn, 8 green onions chopped up, lime juice, 1/2 red pepper, tumeric, curry, cumin, garlic salt, chopped avacado and to fresh tomatoes and cilantro if you like it. Chop everything up and refridgerate, can be made ahead of time
