Ingredients
1/4 cup Honey1/2 cup soy flour1/2 cup whole wheat flourabout 50 grams unflavored protein powder1 3/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp sea salt1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp allspice1/2 tsp cloves12 ounces canned pumpkin1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce2 eggs 1 tsp molasses 3/4 cup splenda1/2 cup ground flax seed
Directions
Mix all and spoon onto cookie sheet using a regular large spoon.
350 degrees for 9 minutes
