1/2 cup soy milk1/2 cup soy mayonnaise1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp' dried parsleydash salt (to taste)dash pepper(to taste)
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
Serve
Use on salads, baked potatoes, steamed or raw veggies or on brown rice.
** you may want to add extra soy mayonnaise when using as a dip for raw veggies.**

I added some dill into this recipe because I couldn't see how you can have ranch without dill. It tasted good, but will never be mistaken for Hidden Valley Ranch. It was also very thin. I suppose you could thicken it with more soy mayo, but that would increase the fat and calories. - 10/6/09
