Beef Mexican tamales

Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb *Instant Corn masa mix - (masa repa) Maseca brand, 2500 gram(s) *Lard, 4 cup Hot chile pepers, 3 cup Salt, 7 tbsp
boil beef, spices, garlic, onion, and 3 tbs of salt until meat gets tender. Shred the meat and cook whit spices and red chilli paste until boil.
For the masa, add hot water as needed to get the corn meal the consistesy of dough.
Cream the lard, salt and a tbs of baking powder and stir in the corn masa and chilli paste extracted from the cooked meat.
In a corn husck put 3 tbs of masa and 1 tbs of meat, close and esamble the rest of the tamale.
Cook in a steamer for 90 minutes.
