-1/2 can (about 1 c) canned pumpkin, no salt (organic optional)-10 oz almond milk-1/2 C old-fashioned oats (optional; adds bulk)-1 tbs almond butter-1 serving protein powder, chocolate whey (Trader Joes)-Spices to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice-handful of ice cubes (optional)

Toss in blender, blend, enjoy!
