Smells like Christmas Pumpkin Bread

3 1/2 cup flour2t baking soda1 1/2t salt1t baking powder2t cinnamon2t nutmeg1t allspice1 1/2t ground cloves3 cup sugar2/3 cup water1cup oil5 beaten eggs1 can pumpkin (15-16 oz)pecans (optional and not included in the nutrition calculations)
Grease two 9x5x3 loaf pans.
In large bowl mix together all dry ingredients. Blend in water and oil. Beat eggs in separate bowl, then mix into batter. Blend in the pumpkin.
If desired, fold in 1 cup chopped pecans (not calculated in recipe nutrition calculations).
Divide the batter between the prepared pans. Bake at 350 for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves of 16 slices each
