Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed (two medium) Splenda Granular, 4 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 2 oz
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients well and divide evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes and cook on wire rack.
