Lins' Easy Turkey Chili

Ingredients
3 lbs. lean ground turkey meat1 med. onion - diced3 med. stalks celery (to taste)4-15oz cans tomato sauce1-40oz can kidney beans (semi-drained)5 tbsp Chili powder (depends how spicy you prefer it)3 tsp Hot Sauce (optional)
Directions
Combine turkey meat, 2 tbsp chili powder, onion and celery in skillet. Cook all the way through. Drain. Transfer to large pot. Add tomato sauce and semi-drained kidney beans. Add remaining chili powder and cook on low-med heat until hot - about 30 min.
