Tex-Mex Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 med. fresh tomato2 C fresh spinach1 green onion1/4 C canned black beans, rinsed and drained1 1/2 oz. low fat or nonfat shredded cheese1 T fresh cilantro1 oz. feta cheese1/2 jalapeno pepper1/2 red bell pepper
Directions
Rinse and chop tomato, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro; rinse and dice Jalapeno pepper. Rinse spinach well, spin or pat dry and coarsely chop. Rinse and drain beans. Mix all ingredients together and serve.( Works great wrapped in whole wheat tortilla too.)
