Dara's Homestyle Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 10oz package frozen mixed veggies1/4 cup frozen pearl onions1 cooked chicken breast, shredded1 package Pillsbury refridgerated pie crustFat free chicken bullion, 2 cups preparedHerbs and seasonings to taste1-2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Cook broth, mixed veggies, onions, and shredded chicken in medium saucepan until veggies are just thawed. Thicken mixture with cornstarch. Meanwhile, par bake bottom pie crust for 10 minutes in 450 degree oven. When crust is done, remove from oven, add chicken mixture, and top with other pie crust. Vent crust. Return to oven and bake an additional 20-25 minutes (until top crust is done.)
