Creamy Chicken and Cheddar Rice

Ingredients
1lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips1 tsp. garlic powder1 can condensed cream of chicken soup1 soup can of milk1.5 cups instant white rice uncooked2 cups broccoli1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

SPRAY nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cooked through. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
ADD soup and milk. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until rice is tender.
STIR in 1/2 cup of the cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    I made it this evening. Here are the changes I made to it:
    Green Beans instead of broccoli, Fat Free Milk, 2% shredded cheddar cheese. Wife loves it & told me to make it again but use brown rice & 98% fat free cream of chicken soup. Will let u know the results. - 7/27/10
