Martha Stewart Spicy Cranberry Jam

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water7 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained2 cups sugar1 or 2 jalapeno chilies
Directions
Bring the water to boil in a meium saucepan. Add cranberries, sugar, and jalapeno; simmer until berry skins pop and mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Immediately transfer to jars. Alternatively, transfer to a large bowl set over and ice-water bath to cool; refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 month

Serving Size: Makes 4 half pint containers (16 tbsp in each container) serving size 1 tbsp
