Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 500 grams (remove)Lentils, 1 cup (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Sunflower Oil, 1 cup (remove)garam masala, green small chilli, turmeric, salt, coriander and mint.
Directions
Mix all ingredients except oil and cook in a pressure cooker. After the meat is tender, let it cool down and chpop it in the food processor. Make it like a dough and make small 4 inch long pieces.Then fry it in the oil till dark brown.
