Easy Scratch Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened1 tsp cinnamon3 tsp sugar1 oz Kahlua1 pinch chili powder
Directions
Measure milk into small sauce pan and bring to a boil over low-medium heat. Measure dry ingredients into a mug. Add Kahlua and stir well. When milk begins to froth around the edges, remove from heat. Pour half of the milk into the mug and mix well. Pour in the remaining half of the milk and stir.
