Chipotle Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp Garlic, minced1 small chopped yellow Onion5 cups Pumpkin, canned2 cups Chicken stock2 chilles en abodo pepper, chpped1 tbsp cumin1 cup milk4 tbsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, or sour cream
Directions
Saute garlic and onion until soft in large soup pot.
Add chilles and cumin.
Add pumpkin, stock and milk. Blend with immersion blender or in small batches in a blender.
Cover and let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with drizzle of yogurt
