Pear and Cherry Crumble

Ingredients
1/6 cup plus 1 tsp all-purpose flour1/6 cup old-fashioned rolled oats2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar substitute1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce3 medium pars, cored and cut into bite-size chunks1/2 cup cherries, halved and seeded1/8 cup Smucker's sugar-free syrup1/4 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp allspice1/8 tsp cloves
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, oats and Splenda. With a fork, cut in applesauce.

2. In another medium bowl, toss together pears, cherries, syrup, remaining 1 tsp flour, ginger, cloves and allspice. Spoon into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with crumb mixture.

3. Bake 40 mins or until golden brown. Yields 4 servings.
