1 lb. ground beef1/2 cup raw rice1/4 cup chopped onion1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper2 tbsp. oil2 cans tomato sauce
Mix beer, rice, onions and seasonings. Form into small balls. Fry in hot oil turning frequently until light brown on all sides, but not crusty. Add sauce and water, mix well. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
