*Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 8 oz Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) *Birds Eye Normandy Blend, 2 cup *Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Cereal, 0.25 cup **tomato paste, great value, 4 tbsp *Sweet Potato - 1/2 Medium Potato, 1 serving Pepper, black, 1 tsp *Crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp *Sauce, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Great Value, 1tsp(5ml), 3 serving
Take a large soup pot and fill with your water and broth and vegetables to pot.
Chop sweet potato into small bit size pieces and add to pot.
Place on stove top on high heat and bring to a boil, then lower the heat to med high and cook vegetables til almost tender, then add pasta and 7 grain cereal, then cook til pasta is done .
Now add spices and tomato paste then cook for another 2 minutes.
Set aside for a few minutes then serve.
Serving Size: 4-5 servings about 1.5 cups each
