Creamy Cauliflower Chicken Chili Pasta

Ingredients
Ingredients:Cauliflower, raw, .5 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)Kaskey's Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2.5 serving (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)*Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)Pasta, cooked, 8 oz (remove)
Directions
Chop 1/2 head of cauliflower and onion and boil until tender. Drain and place to the side. (lightly salt water if desired)

Boil water for 1/2 box of Smart Taste Ronzoni Pasta. Boil for 9 minutes.

Slice Chicken or cube it however you prefer. Add Chicken and garlic to a large pan and cook add a little water to help it not stick. I use water instead of oil to saute. When chicken is almost fully cooked add cream of mushroom soup and hot dog chili sauce. Turn down heat and simmer. Dash of soy. Add about a 1/2 can of water or more depending on the consistency you desire. Add cooked pasta to chicken. Stir well. Gently fold in the Cauliflower and onion into chicken and pasta.

Allow to sit about 5 minutes before serving.
