Sugar free Corn Pudding!:)

Ingredients
5 large eggs- whisked1/3 cup melted Start Balance butter (any butter will work)12 packets of truiva or 12 tablespoons1/2 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup cornstarch1 can whole Kernal corn- drained2 cans cream style corn- not drained
Directions
1. Preheat to 400 degrees
2. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with Pam
3. In large bowl mix whisked eggs, melted butter, trivia, and milk.
4. Whisk in cornstarch until smooth, no lumps
5. Stir in corn and creamed corn
6. Blend well with spoon
7. Pour mixture in baking dish
8. Put in oven and set timer to 15 minutes
9. Every 15 minutes for 1 hour open oven and stick a long prong in the middle of the corn pudding. You must stir the insides of the corn pudding while trying not to disturb the top.
10. After 1 hour it should look golden brown, stick a knife in it to see if it comes out clean, if not ready cook for 10 more minutes
11. Scoop out half cup servings and enjoy!:)
