Meatloaf-Potato Casserole

Ingredients
4 c thinly sliced potatoes 1 sliced onion1 clove minced garlic1 pound ground beef1/2 c bread crumbs1 egg1 8-oz can tomato sauce
Directions
Mix potatoes, onion and garlic and spread in a single layer into 9x12 casserole which has been coated with non-stick spray. Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and 1/2 can of the tomato sauce. Layer evenly over potato mixture. Garnish with remaining tomato sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 90 minutes. Cut into 6 squares to serve.
