Blackeyed pea kielbasa stew

Ingredients
2 cans blackeyed peas1 can Rotel or other tomatoes with green chilies8 oz v8 low sodiumwater as needed (1 cup or so)1 lb Jennie-O lean turkey kielbasa1 large carrot, diced2 stalks celery, diced1 medium onion, diced1 bunch kale, diced (about 3 cups)
Directions
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8. Serve with cornbread.
