Ingredients
Ingredients:Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup, 5 serving1 cup waterKale, 4 cup, choppedOnions, raw, 1 smallCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 medium shreddedGarlic, 2 cloves, crushedGinger Root, 4 tsp, gratedParsley, .5 cup, choppedCelery eed, 1/4 tsp*Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbspcashews, raw, 0.5 cup
Directions
Combine water, kale and onion and start boiling as you continue to add the remaining ingredients. After everything is in the pot and the mixture comes to a boil, cover and simmer for another 15 minutes or until vegetable are tender. Carefully blend in a few batches. Return soup to the pot and reheat if necessary. Serve immediately or allow to cool before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
