vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients
1 whole red or green pepper cut into stips1 cup cauliflower 1 cup brocoli8 baby carrots cut in juliene strips1 med onion sliced2 md stalks of celery cut into strips1 tbsp honey1tbsp vinegar1 tbsp soya sauce1/4 cup chicken broth1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
slice all vegatables
steam in wok with 1/2 cup of water till veggies are tender
add honey, soya sauce, vinegar
mix cornstarch (1 tblsp) with chicken broth and add to vegetables and cook until liquid is clear
