Ingredients
2 pounds stew meat2 cans whole new potatoes1 can carrots32 oz Beef broth1-2 Tbls Dry Minced Onion1-2 tsp Worchestershire saucesalt and pepper to taste1 tsp dried thymeFlour
Directions
lightly brown meat in pan. add 1-2 tablespoons flour to meat and cook for about 2 mintues. add 1/2 - 1 cup water and heat till bubbly. add all ingredients into crock pot and put on low for 8 hours.
