Low carb SF Fudge

Ingredients
2/3 cup of evaporated 2% mild2 Tbs unsalted butter3/4 cup Stevia in the Raw1 Tbs Thicken Thin (expertfoods.com)4 oz. unsweetened dark baker's chocolate1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
Mix together in a sauce pan:
2/3 cup of evaporated 2% mild
2 Tbs unsalted butter
3/4 cup Stevia in the Raw
1 Tbs Thicken Thin (expertfoods.com)

Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat and add chucked chocolate pieces. Stir until they are all melted and blended.

Add 1 tsp of vanilla and stir in.

Spread evenly on a foil-lined 8 x 8 inch pan.

Put in the refrigerator to harden.
