bobs red mill high fiber bran muffins

Ingredients
1 tsp baking powder1tsp baking soda1/4 cup egg beaters3/4 cup non fat milk1/2 cup molasses2 onces of apple sauce1/2 cup raisons1 cup wheat bran1 cup whole wheat flour
Directions
stir together: bran, flour, soda and baking powder. then stir in raisins and set asid. Blen milk/fat free whipping cream. molasses, apple sauce and egg beater. Add to dry ingredients and stir JUST UNTIL MOISTENED. Spoon into greased muffins tins and bake. in preheated oven that is 400 degrees.
